Labour's Jabba Riaz elected in Cathedral ward in elections to Worcester City Council

Jabba Riaz was elected to the Cathedral ward seat in Worcester City Council’s elections.

He had 1,513 votes, beating Conservative Raffi Ali, who polled 843, in second place.

The Green Party’s Jon Bodenham had 320 votes in third place, while Liberal Democrat Jessie Venegas Garcia was fourth, with 211.

Trade Unionist and Socialist Coalition candidate Archie Harrison was fifth, with 48 votes.
