Crookbarrow Way footbridge ramps opened on interim basis
The ramps on Crookbarrow Way footbridge on the edge of St Peter’s have been opened on an interim basis.
That is pending completion of the permanent balustrade fencing when the sub-contractors emerge from lockdown.
Cyclists using the ramp are required to dismount on the ramps while the measures are in place.
The interim measures do not include the opening of the shortcut steps as there is no handrail or the link to the bridleway, which can be bypassed by using the cycleway.
